So this little number I did for a baby shower this past Thursday. I basically decided to make this flavor as I was sick and tired of beating my self up over eating Trader Joe's Cookie Butter straight out of the jar, spoon fulls at a time. So, to be productive/get it the hell out of my house, I made cupcakes out of it! The cake has the butter mixed into it, so does the buttercream, and then I melted it and drizzled it on top! They were yummy and a hit at the party. As much as I liked them, I am afraid of having a jar of that stuff in my house, so unless someone specifically asks for it, you might not see it again!
