Avocado cupcakes?

So a short post tonight, as I am still a working girl and need to get up at a decent time in the morning.  I got pretty excited for a new cupcake idea brought to me by my friend Jane.  She apparently has WAY too many ripe avocados, and instead of the usual guacamole party I would normally think of doing, she told me she would give me some to make some how into cupcakes! I surprised myself that I did not think of this before, as this brings up good memories of my roommate and I having the oh so ever fun debate of what to put on a fresh avocado: salt or sugar.  I am typically a savory girl when it comes to avos, so I am thinking some lime and sea salt will join both worlds quite nicely for me.  Hopefully this experiment will happen this weekend, and will get pictures up ASAP.  Plus I have another review of a cupcakery located up in Paso, which I will do tomorrow as I still have one more cupcake I need to try.  :)
